Shipping and Return Policy

**ALL BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE**

ONLINE AND IN STORE RETURNED ITEMS ARE ONLY OFFERED STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH/CARD REFUNDS TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. 

Didn't end up LOVING your Southern Roots purchase? We know that sometimes you can change your mind or that it is best to try a different size or style. All items must be returned to us in the conditioned you received it in. Items must be in their unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags attached, within 14 days from the payment date.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit:

  • Any item that was purchased with a discount code/promotion 
  • Any and all sale items
  • Any items that were purchased at our Holiday Market Shows 
  • Jewlery
  • DockAtot
  • Intimates (bralettes, swimwear, bodysuits)
  • Sunglasses
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Monograms and Decals 

 

WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS

All items must be returned back to us within 14 days of being purchased with tags attached and reciept at your expense. We do not pay for the return shipping costs. Any item that does not follow our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.

Southern Roots reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy and any time. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, feel free to call our store (469) 314-1140.

Holiday Return Policy:

All purchases made between 11/2/18 - 12/24/18 will be eligible for our extended return policy. These items must be returned to us on or before our holiday deadline: Saturday, January 12th, 2019. These items will receive a store credit or an even exchange of product and must be in compliance with our original return policy guidelines (see final sale items above).

If you are located near our store front, feel free to bring your online/ in store purchases into our store to be returned for store credit. 

Store Credit:

We want you to be able to find something you love. Once you return your items for store credit you will receive an e-mail with a code to use online or in store, or you will be given a gift card with your amount. This gift card can be used online or in store as well. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Southern Roots is NOT liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. USPS Priority packages are insured up to $100 if lost or stolen. If you have an issue with a lost or stolen package you must call your local post office and file a claim or go to USPS.gov to file your claim. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:


All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless requested otherwise. All US shipping addresses are charged a $7.00 flat rate fee.All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date in an email.5-7 business days is the shipping and processing time. Not including holidays. We are closed Sundays and start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received.

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally. If you purchase an item and need it shipped internationally you will need to select in store pick up and then call our store to get your shipping rate. We take the items to the post office to get the correct shipping price. Once we get that information we will charge you the shipping and you can pay over the phone.
